✰ Whether you want to save on shipping or you live too far from the market to visit, receive your order in the best way that's convenient for you!!
SHIPPING: Mailing services are available at checkout, & shipping costs will be added to your order total. To deliver your favorite products, tracking is ensured & available up until the moment your purchase arrives safely on your doorstep.
MEET TO PICK-UP: Want to save on shipping costs? Pick-up your order from the market & even shop around while you're there! Simply select “Market Pick-up” @ checkout, choose an available time/date, & you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready, along with details and instructions on where, when, & how to meet! Please have your confirmation email available upon arrival.
✰ Missed Pick-Ups – If you are unable to meet on your scheduled pick-up time/day OR you need your order sooner, please contact “Kerr”ful Embroidery as soon as possible so arrangements can be made.

*Orders not picked-up within 14 days & without communication may be canceled at the business’s discretion. Refunds will NOT be issued for personalized/custom items.*
✰ Two Week Policy — You will have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. If you need a return or exchange, send an email & we can discuss a replacement and correct the situation! Upon approval, return instructions & a return label to print will be provided.
