SHIPPING: Mailing services are available at checkout, & shipping costs will be added to your order total. To deliver your favorite products, tracking is ensured & available up until the moment your purchase arrives safely on your doorstep.
MEET TO PICK-UP: Want to save on shipping costs? Pick-up your order from the market & even shop around while you're there! Simply select “Market Pick-up” @ checkout, choose an available date, & you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready, along with details and instructions on where, when, & how to meet! Please have your confirmation email available upon arrival.
✰ Missed Pick-Ups – If you are unable to meet on your scheduled pick-up day, please contact “Kerr”ful Embroidery as soon as possible. A new pick-up time and date will be gladly arranged!

If you need a return or exchange, send an email & we can discuss a replacement and correct the situation!
